Very nice spots. I have client that had home on Ft Myers Beach. They sold two condos and bought the house and remodeled. Moved in a couple months before Ian and chose no insurance. Lost everything in Ian and remodeled quickly. Then Helene hit and flooded house about 5-6 feet. They remodeled again and bought another house on Ft Myers Beach. Anna Marie beach was my favorite. Had friends who lived right on that beach that had a tiki bar! I remember getting plastered and getting lost on that beach like at 3-4am and ended up passed out on their neighbors lanai with a bunch of sand mite bites! Good times!
@mcm666 my parents still can’t get into they’re 3rd floor Turtle Beach condo. I think a lot of people will eventually get their insurance checks and sell Pennie’s on the dollar.
