Medication that numbs a person’s emotions uncorks antisocial instincts. Add in some type of medical amphetamine to hype up a depressed person and you’ve engineered a mass killer.

I respect congressional authority as much as the next guy, but you know as well as I do that Trump going to congress for ballroom approval means there would be no new ballroom.
