Mentally ill is the key factor. This is not about politics or Trump‘s perpetual bellicose bullshit. A person of conscience doesn’t go around killing people, mentally ill or healthy. Medication that numbs a person’s emotions uncorks antisocial instincts. Add in some type of medical amphetamine to hype up a depressed person and you’ve engineered a mass killer.
