@jdb He really did. I remember not being that excited about he and Juwan. Count in Victor….the man really could spot talent. Too bad he wasn’t a better in game coach.

I'd even say he was pretty good at player development too. To your point, the coaching was the issue, particularly in big games. Our adjustments were never as good as they should have been. However, after Archie and Woodson, he doesn't seem as bad lol.
@co-hoosier not really the spurs fault to be honest. they couldn't have known wu tang was going to come out at halftime. apparently ghostface killah said a silent prayer. that was pretty much game over. you can beat the knicks but you aren't beating the knicks AND the killer bees. the latter just keep on coming
I'm going to see the Wu-Tang Clan in September. My kids and I are going to see them at Shaky Knees in Atlanta.
@jdb i love tom crean. we should have never fired him. he brought constant entertainment

Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.

@bradstevens @jdb fyi gents gifs don’t open on my phone. Not sure why.
@bradstevens oh it opened. Yes I love crean. I love how proud he was to coach iu. I love how petty he was when he’d win and rub it in peoples faces. I loved how his clothes fit. I loved when he lost how totally stone faced perplexed he’d get. I loved him as our coach. Woody and miller killed iu. They removed every ounce of entertainment from the program. The guy who have now. I can’t think of his name might be a snooze fest too. Look at our bball board. Is anyone even on it?
thank god for cig.
