And everyone in this thread knows you wouldn't have any issue with it had it been a MAGA that got a job in Canada.
Yes I would.
Michael Flynn and Pam Bondi were paid very well to advise foreign governments in dealing with the US. Feel free to explain how making huge money as an advisor is different than making good money as an advisor/employee.

Congrats on spending years advocating the election of someone with less maturity than my 10 year old son.
@co-hoosier never trumpers are Republicans. They are people who think Trump represents something wholly incompatible with traditional conservative values. People like Aloha.
Just hold on a second, Goat. Aloha is a Biden and Kate Hobbs voting sh#t lib. He's on your team.
CO, There's a LOT of non-GOP values in the mix.
Consider bigger than ever spending, ignoring debt, trying to control the Fed, trying to take elections away from states, other curbs on states rights, crazy tariffs, anti free trade, government handouts to cover up failed policies with hugely expensive buyouts (to farmers, for example), unprecedented government partial ownership of many companies, ignoring corruption, selling pardons, governance by executive order
WTF?

And we can add No True Scotsman to the ever growing list of fallacies being thrown around on this forum recently.

The hell I am. I’m just not a MAGA POS like many here are. MAGAPOS.
Trump has done many things I disagree with. Some of those things are liberal, and others are conservative. What is your point?
My point is that it seemed that you were painting him as some sort of bell cow for GOP values. It's very much a mixed bag, as you now note. I understand the appeal for things he said while campaigning, like fixing the border, but we are getting a lot of other crap with it.

Don't see you starting threads with stuff you disagree with re: Trump.
But you go full on Karen over this no name liberal that got a job in Canada.
Wonder why lmao.
you were painting him as some sort of bell cow for GOP values.
No. I was pushing back on goat’s point. On balance though, I think he has been pretty effect advancing the GOP agenda.

Whether history shows you right or wrong on Trump's actual effectiveness is immaterial. The "Never Trump" movement was a movement within the Republican party, specifically among old-guard establishment conservatives. It was not a Democratic movement (although some members have certainly switched teams since).

Also can't let this pass without mentioning, to make this even stupider, Lake Ontario isn't even named after the Canadian province; the province is named after the lake. Before confederation, it was Upper Canada, and before that, it was part of Quebec. The lake has been referred to by Europeans as Ontario since at least 1600, and by natives since long before that.
Since this is on tariffs:

When I read the thread title I assumed it was about some Republican(s). Everyone knows that Never Trumpers are Republicans who cannot abide Trump. At least I thought everyone knew that.
