What a shit article. I finally read some of this stuff. SUVs don't have trunks. Sounds like she piled into the back cargo area. Welcome to the world in the 80s and earlier when we'd pile into the bed of a pickup and go.
I also saw a clip of a CNN interview where they told her estranged commie brother in Central America that she rode in the trunk, and he opined on how weird she was, despite badly needing a haircut and dental work.
