That KY House seat will remain red but Trump's endorsement of sketchy Republican candidates will likely end up hurting the party in the General as it's done in the past (for example, Fetterman vs. Dr. Oz, Shapiro vs. Mastriano).  Take Texas.  Paxton has more baggage than Carousel 5 at DFW.  If he knocks out Cornyn, that's a major boost for Talarico.

Trump endorses Ken Paxton in Texas, gambling on a challenger with baggage in a crucial race

Good explanation on why Massie lost. I think voting against the OBBB in 25 sealed his fate.

Bullshit!

  1. Not one in a thousand KY-4 voters would know any of this ...
  2. The jew lobby owns this country.
  3. So-called 'citizens' are now SUBJECTS!

I had Presidential hopes for all three at one point. Still have some for Rubio. He has the least prominent Trump stain among them. It’ll take much more effort for Vance and DeSantis to scrub their stains off.

The “jew lobby,” eh? Didn’t even capitalize “Jew” as it should be. Typical.

Another mindless MAGA sheep. Just what the country needs.

Keep calling people names.  It's worked out well for you Neocons the past decade.

Just shows how many MAGA morons have infested the republican party.

And MAGA sheep is a very accurate description.

Yea, 3 imbeciles going up against Harris and AOC would be pretty lopsided.  Although can't imagine Harris getting another shot.  That's more a republican pipe dream than anything (because they know she is beatable).   sofalover69 and antiwokejesus are not serious candidates

@hurryinghoosiers you’re representing that you aren’t a troll account?  You truly believe AOC and Harris would win a debate against DeSantis Vance.  Ivy League trained lawyers?  Smart people.  White. No admission breaks to get in.

That is one of the dumbest takes I've seen in a while. Trying to claim Massie opposed the bill because it did "too much" for border security?

If my memory is correct he did say the spending was too much on the border and he did vote against the bill.  At some point you are going to be voted out of office if you don't vote for bills your voters want.

Agree we're just desperate for competency. I think Rubio has the best combo of experience and political skills. Desantis I'm not sure. From what I've read about his last campaign, he seemed to really not be liked by a lot of people around him, behind the scenes. And he comes across as kind of an oddball.

Vance will probably be the early favorite, but running an actual POTUS primary campaign is a different animal and plenty of early front runners crash and burn.

@twenty DeSantis and Vance are oddballs. But shit I’m not looking for competency. Just smart.  Obama you may not agree with but at least there was no doubt he was smart and anything he did would be inside the lines
