It's like the corollary of importing tons of low skilled labor and wondering why wages are stagnant across those sectors. What will this do to smaller grocers in the area. Economically speaking it will only put downward pressure on prices forcing closures and then when these stores inevitably fail the food deserts they're trying to solve will only be made worse.
