@goat Except this is criminal and so a much higher level of proof is needed. She chose to go civilly and not refer Trump for criminal prosecution. Is this retaliation? Yep. When we bought our house in Denver ( I spent more time buying shoes than I spent buying that house) I signed all the documents as you did. Didn’t read a word. They were about 2” worth. The realtor asked if I read it and understood. I responded with something like “I’m a lawyer and I have written this shit, there is nothing here in my favor except I get a fee simple deed”.
