@shooter she’s horrible. Absolutely horrible. Karma found her. Drag her ass through one indictment after another. Even Anderson cooper to his credit shredded her. You don’t just decide you’re going to get someone before you have any idea what or if they’ve done anything. F it. What’s good for these goose. Take her last penny defending herself.
Can she use the Nuremberg defense?
@unclemark best bet is to get it dumped and file a malicious prosecution
I'm assuming she'll get her cost of defense paid for through fundraising/crowdsourcing.Take her last penny defending herself.

From what I can gather, it sounds like both her cases could be dismissed for her not being a legit USDA. Next would be malicious and/or selective prosecution. And if she gets over those hurdles, they have to fly on the merits. A directed verdict wouldn't be a surprise.
@unclemark I meant file her own malicious prosecution case if this case gets dumped.

That is some Epic "Law degree from Hardyard" content right there.

Law & Order, Scott Turow, and a stay at the Holiday Inn.
Every time I see this thread climb to the top, I'm reminded of this SNL Jeopardy Skit...
A good friend will bail you out of jail, but your best friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying "that was f***ing awesome"
@unclemark I think your Umbrella opened inverted when you sat on it.
