Some of us are consistent. I didn’t whine or cheer them going after Trump for fraud. I thought it was clearly political and shouldn’t have happened, but I was very indifferent. This is a real crime with real implications. She put down her father as her husband on a loan for one. She's never been married.
The Trump stuff was something that is perfectly legal and that every real estate developer in the country does all day long. It's why Hochul was forced to put out a statement saying the show wasn't going on the road as many developers were threatening to flee NYC.

If what I'm being fed is correct, she submitted one form with an improperly checked box for primary resident. Every other document in the entire loan package correctly declared this would NOT be her primary residence, and some of those were even written out in her own hand. Should get laughed out of court.

That’s the remedy, not a criminal indictment. If the lender doesn’t act, why should anybody care? This is a one-off, she didn’t go around to different banks and commit fraud as a way to make a living.
