Good God - what an idiot. Braces coupled with that forehead probably ensure that he's never been laid. That's probably why he has so much pent up frustration and anger.
I'm an enabler. I'm asking the complainers.Dems may be and probably are enablers. However I've literally never heard a Republican propose a realistic proposal to address the root issues in the black community.@hurryinghoosiers what would you like to discuss about the god awful border bill?
"Border crossings in 2025 dropped to their lowest levels in over 50 years."
the problem was inane dem politics in electing to open the border for their own benefit. trump fixed it. the border bill would have codified absolutely ridiculous numbers and was a dogshit bill and i said repeatedly do not enact same as we will be far better off without it. and i was right.
guns don't kill people blacks kill people. there are something like 300 million guns circulating. no amount of amnesty will do shit. buybacks. it's a culture problem not a gun problem. black culture is a mess and as shown by our black leaders in this thread it's only being enabled. dems enable black behavior. just reality.
What are the root issues?
An enabler of what?

1. Not an all white jury
2. Their son killed someone
3. Responsibility…take a little
I'm not a criminal lawyer.you don't feel their is any sort of solid ground for an appeal? I feel like I've read about similar cases that resulted in lesser charges. I'm not advocating for that, just asking the lawyers what they think will happen next.Yes, it escalated. Anthony decided to antagonize the other kids. Metcalf pushed him. And so Anthony took a knife and stabbed him in the heart after saying "touch me and see what happens." That's not a random tragedy; it's murder. Sounds like the jury found that Anthony was itching for a fight and got one. They had ample evidence to do so.He is clearly guilty and should face punishment. However, 1st degree? Can the lawyers on the board explain that part? Seems like it was a random fight amongst teenagers that escalated into a terrible tragedy.
Off the cuff, after living in Texas for 6 years and practicing there for 3, I'd guess any appeal would be unsuccessful.
just asking the lawyers what they think will happen next.
The kid will lose the appeal and will spend years in jail. Self defense is a way for an individual to escape responsibility for taking the life of another. Anthony did not come close to establishing any element to prove SD. If I was his lawyer, I would have busted my ass trying to get a manslaughter agreement. He wasn’t well represented.
@co-hoosier faxxxxxx. 2 million witnesses. 3 hours to deliberate. Idiot. Get him a deal.

Cops get a pass simply by claiming they "feared for their lives." Not so for civilians.

Anthony never said he feared for his life.
you think better council could have gotten him a lesser charge? Can they appeal on the grounds that 1st degree is too stiff? Again I'm a dummy to how anything like this works. Very interesting though.just asking the lawyers what they think will happen next.

he needs kyle rittenhouse's lawyer.
and have kyle teach him the art of fake crying.
@mrhighlife counsel. who knows if a deal was offered but if so given the amount of witnesses and how little deliberating it took this was about as bad of an outcome as you can expect. not really on the charge but on sentencing generally. kid said he's broke now tho. $600k raised is gone. lawyer got a new pool
