been getting up at 3 ish for like a month. Then takes an hour to fall back asleep.   Fing miserable

Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg, liquid form (faster acting than tablet or capsule). Basically Benadryl but a higher dose per 30 Ml. Buy Zzzquil or the Walmart Equate off-branded version (same shit cheaper price). Works better for me than Melatonin and without the crazy dreams, though your mileage may vary.

Or, hit those THC gummies yo.

@squeakyclean my goal is in bed by 8, which never happens, and be asleep by 9, which rarely happens.  Then depending on the day, my alarm is set for 1 or 2 am.  I've been doing it so long, I wake up before each alarm goes off.  It's kind of impressive, really.

I try for a nap during the day, but I usually end up getting up after a half hour or so.  To many things to do during the day.

but not to the point of being unable to do the job?

he wasn't able to do his job.  he was handled like a puppet.  didn't know people.  didn't remember acts he took.  memory so cooked he couldn't be prosecuted. couldn't handle interviews.  curated questions.  scripted everything.  his brain was fried.  wasn't capable of performing his duties.  obviously.   his radical lefty handlers did his job.  then anointed harris. defund.  bail projects.  open borders.  does any of that comport with his long history in gov.  of course not.

This is where you assume things you cannot possibly know and doesn't comport with what was reported in the tell all book or with any interviews or evidence afterward. He was rapidly declining - that we could all see. The rest of that is speculation. The House was investigating this and nothing they've found and revealed supports the worst-case speculation either. I don't know if the House GOP gave up on the investigation or not. They do have other things to do at the moment. 😉

@aloha-hoosier lfmao were you in meetings with him?  yet you have the temerity to claim i am speculating and you're not and that he was capable of doing his job.  lol.

President Biden insisted he didn't sign executive order -- just weeks after doing so: Speaker Mike Johnson

the reality is you're taking a leap of faith in defense of biden because trump is like a parasite to your brain.

what we all knew.  what we all saw.  what we all heard.  was confirmed by cnn and many others.  he was a puppet incapable of performing his duties, including serving as a representative capable of handling unscripted interviews

No, and neither were you. Sorry if I don't take Mike Johnson at his word. You're not thinking objectively and you're assuming things you can't possibly know at this point.

This is pointless. You won't change your mind and I'm not changing yours. Why continue?

@aloha-hoosier lmao you're not thinking objectively and are allowing your bias to influence how you think and speculate.  i'm going off of what i saw with my own eyes that was later confirmed by others.  by cnn reporters.  by the speaker of the house. by prosecutors.

the media is in the bag for the left.  this should have been a story that was unrelenting.  again the largest lie ever manifested to the american public followed by depriving same of a choice for president.

My opinion is entirely based on what I see and read or hear from those in an actual position to know. Their credibility is always a factor.

I'm moving on. I have a ton of moving in stuff to do today. I have a ridiculous amount of books and memorabilia to arrange in my new office in the new AZ place. Trying to finish it so I can concentrate on my favorite room - the home Theater/man (and woman) cave.

Discussing all-time scandals, I don't think it rates.

in 1919 we had a President suffer a totally debilitating stroke in office and his condition was kept completely quiet from the public and even from politicians in a scheme hatched by his wife and by his personal physician. All his appearances were cancelled, all his business ("bedside government") was done through his wife (more accurately, BY his wife), who was in all regards and unelected acting president from October 1919 until his term ended in March 1921. 17 months!

Edith Wilson steadfastly insisted until her death that her husband performed all of his presidential duties after his stroke, but lots of historians conclude otherwise.

One problem was the lack clear constitutional guidelines at the time for what to do if  a president wasn't dead but also wasn't capable of serving.  After the first 6 months or so his condition was understood by Washington politicians and even gained some press coverage.

@dbmhoosier You don’t and he’s counting on that.

Trump has a ways to go to catch up to Obama and Clinton.  Obama is up 70x and Clinton over 100x.  What's Trump, 2x?  Rookie numbers.

Neither had much wealth before their Presidencies. Clinton never even owned a home IIRC. They both cashed in on books and speeches after their Presidencies and greatly increased their wealth. President Trump is raking in the dough while President. It’s unprecedented.

He’s got GD businesses all over the WORLD!!! Get over it!!!

yea because it's ok to be a slimeball taking bribes as long as you already owned businesses.

The amount of excuses you sheep make for dear leader is pathetic.

Should his businesses be required to lose money while in office?  Can you break down exactly how his wealth has increased while in office?  What bribes has he taken for personal gain?

@oneeyedundertaker have no idea about bribes, but crypto is how he's made a LOT of his money since going in office.

I’ve been doing it so long, I wake up before each alarm goes off.  It’s kind of impressive, really.

This. I can count on one hand the number of times an alarm woke me up in the past year. But I couldn't begin to count the number of times I wake up on my own at 4:28 with a 4:30 alarm set.

I love how you kids are rising early to keep grinding and sending me money. Me, I'm usually up by 8:30.
