Sure, but under current law voter rolls are maintained by the states. I’m a states’ rights guy. As most conservatives are.@spartans9312 Do you unquestionably believe Mr. Marx? I can't find even a single state that has more registered voters than eligible voters. Here's one of several sources I've found on the subject:
Number of Voters and Voter Registration as a Share of the Voter Population | KFF State Health Facts
Another thing people don't seem to understand is that voter rolls always have ineligible voters on them because people die, move and occasionally are added by mistake. This is why rolls are constantly being updated, and it's a legal requirement to do so. Also, rolls don't vote, people do and voting when ineligible is a felony. Can't imagine how stupid a person would have to be to vote when not eligible. Is one vote worth a huge fine or prison time?
Why would the NJ Governor refuse to give DOJ data on non-citizen voters?
Why would any Governor give it to them? I wouldn't. I've always taken great offense when people without any justification try to poke their nose into my business. It's the state's business under current law, not the federal government's business. There are more than 30 states that refused to comply, including red states. They're right on this.
You don’t think non-citizen information should be under the purview of the federal government?

Non-citizens on voter rolls?
The scoffing will continue. Voting rolls are not vote fraud. They caught a problem in Jersey and they've fixed the problem. Every state purges their voter rolls on a regular basis. You still have absolutely no evidence of significant voter fraud in 2020 and anyone that believes the 2020 election was stolen is still a moron. Your status as the board's dumbest poster in WC history is very, very safe.

Your first sentence seems out of character considering what happened. Noncitizens could have voted based on the report. Yiu said even 1 vote from a non-citizen is too many.

One fraudulent vote remains too many. I've said this for well over 20 years. It's also a fact that voter fraud is not the reason Trump lost in 2020. It wasn't possible. These are two different things.
@aloha-hoosier says no worries - it’s illegal for them to vote so it won’t happen, someone should tell politico.🤣🤣
Number 2 chimes in! It’s incredible how you don’t realize how stupid you are. Stupid as a bag of left handed claw hammers. Be proud!@aloha-hoosier says no worries - it’s illegal for them to vote so it won’t happen, someone should tell politico.🤣🤣
Did you attend IU? Did you graduate from IU? Believe me, I hope the answer to both is “no.”

How did Trump and 2020 enter the conversation. The statement was about those worrying about non-citizens voting. You said would continue to scoff at them. It makes no sense

Uh, it makes perfect sense. @dbmhoosier is all about the 2020 election. All the time and everything he posts about voting issues is always really about the 2020 election. I’m just addressing his real point.

I did not see that in the politico excerpt or either tweet linked. Why would you continue to scoff based on the information available? Let Trump and 2020 leave your mind for a tiny moment

He's one of those lefties that probably believes if we just made guns illegal all the gangs and bad guys would immediately hand them over and we'd have no more murders. Completely clueless.
@spartans9312 Don’t plead ignorance about @dbmhoosier’s agenda. It’s always related to the 2020 election he thinks was stolen from his Lord Trump. Always. 😄
@dbmhoosier There are few things that make me laugh so easily than when you claim someone else is clueless. That’s truly good ironic humor.
You’re so stupid you don’t even know I’m a big 2nd Amendment supporter. I’ve never been otherwise in all my years around this board and its predecessors. You might have to look that last word up.

You’re strangely obsessed with my education & I’m not sure why you think it matters either way. I love that the guy that says something being illegal will keep people whose first act in this country was to commit a crime from doing something thinks anyone is dumber than he is. You may not be the dumbest on the board, but you’d better hope nothing happens to hickory. 600<700.🤣🤣🤣.
