I did teach her how to ride a bike without a lot of difficulty, but she was in grade school, not a teenager. Teenage girls are aliens and at least for my daughter it seemed to happen overnight. She was Daddy's little girl and Daddy was her hero who knew everything one day and some alien the next day and Daddy knew nothing. Now that she's in her early 30s, she's almost back to normal . . .

@bradstevens yeah it’s almost impossible to put into words how much fun we had and just how perfect my daughter was. In every way. Just perfect. Since basically day one of high school this has been brutal. This time now better than last year but she’s still prone to inflicting pure misery on us. Last year was Fing awful

It was 8th grade when my daughter was replaced with an alien.
