Look at that article posted earlier, a guy saying if he was sent to Vietnam the first person in his sights will be LBJ. The Supremes said that is free speech. That is a thousand times more a threat than 86. I think even the definition you provided had kill after several other words. And that kill is like "kill that order". Hardly the same as kill a person.

Silly question for the lawyer's here: Do these charges have to meet the "Beyond a reasonable doubt" criteria in order to prove guilt? I know that standard only applies to certain charges and some courts versus others.
