Systemic racism at work would be the counter. I'm not even sure what it means anymore, though.STL city. half black half white. i just looked it up. 65 murders so far (light year). 60 suspects are black. 1 suspect is white.
The white female police chief, in her public statement, implied that there could be a “context” where the black mob beat down of two white people would not be a serious crime. Wouldn’t that be systematic racism?
@co-hoosier just another dumber than shit worthless mayor who is an enabler. The vid speaks for itself. No re systemic racism
@co-hoosier There were four people put on the ground, three white guys and the white woman.
Another video purports to show what the preliminary round looked like. The white guy and the black guy had been squaring off, shadow-boxing as much as anything. A lot of bluffing and “let me at him (hold me back).” It’s likely both were drunk. This was outside, close to a bar called LoVe on 4th, which I hear has a bit of a reputation for problems. Several people intervened and it looks as if things were cooling off. The two then got a little closer and somebody must have said something as the white guy reached over with his left hand and slapped the black guy. All hell broke out at this point, which is where the video that I’m guessing millions have now seen starts.
I’m assuming this is what the Police Chief is referring to when she stated that anybody “laying hands” on others should/will be charged.
Can anyone here play this game?

Well, Obama made a big deal out of the problems suspending black youths from school for various kinds of bad behavior. He said that caused those kids to become criminals and instructed his DOE to prohibit suspensions and other measures for minority discipline problems. Many classrooms in many schools then became so unruly that no consistent instruction could go on.
Now those same students are young adults. Many never learned accountability and responsibility; and are not well educated
Systemic racism?
@co-hoosier not in the traditional sense. institutional racism etc. you can have racism which doesn't have to equate systemic/institutional racism. a distinction with a difference
total clown show. guy was indicted on other felony charges earlier this month and walked out on $400 lol
Third suspect arrested, charged in viral Cincinnati brawl | Watch
@co-hoosier Take a look at “leadership.”
Victoria Parks, President Pro Tem, Cincinnati City Council: (on social media) - “They begged for that beat down! I am grateful for the whole story.”
Reading her bio, you come across this beauty: “She led the charge in passing Racism as a Public Health Crisis, in Hamilton County.”

@dbmhoosier stay in a group when downtown at night. get out of downtown early. no public transit. and live in the burbs. that's how we survive the black experience
@dbmhoosier my favorite. they're "trying" here a little so yesterday on the stlguide instagram page they posted "downtown stl 7th street is officially open. revamped from busch stadium to america's center with safer sidewalks, bike lanes, and streets designed for people, not speed."
literally the second comment and replies LOL:
A charger is going to be flying down that lane sometime tonight

LMAO soooooooooooo true
I think public education is only where you find institutional racism as well as institutional sexism against boys.
Screaming “Institutional racism” in most all adult interactions is nothing but a pretext to avoid the tough calls required to identify real problems.
@co-hoosier all that stuff is tricky and academic to a degree and probably sort of right but also a crutch. you're of the age that would have started with CLS in law schools
