I tend to disagree as politics is inherently comparative and binary. When a screaming banshee comes on here to run down their list of grievances with the administration, "OMG tHis iS tHe wOrSt EvEr", and the like. It's worth pointing out what did happen in a Biden administration and/or what was likely to happen in a Harris administration.

I'm excellent at discussion and debate. Unlike you, I typically have facts and sources to support my position which you are always unable to refute. You'll just reply with an insult or repeat (for the 100th time) one of your two or three favorite talking points. Or you'll rely on personal opinion and anecdotes.

No, the real reason is, you don't unilaterally give up ground during a negotiation. If China wants tariffs removed, then you don't remove them until China tells you what they are going to give you in exchange. Whether you like the tariffs or not is immaterial. Whether you thought they were a good idea or not is immaterial. They exist. You inherited them. And you don't just give them up without something in exchange. I think a guy who wrote a book called "The Art of the Deal" or some stupid bullshit like that might have a simple explanation of it.
