I get what you're saying and agree to a point. There should always been a healthy level of skepticism and push back on our elected officials. That said, Trump is so much worse than anyone that came before him. The US has never before had apex corruption like this. Nixon's corruption was related to his abuse of power. Trump's involves not only abuse of power but direct, personal financial enrichment - - a pay-to-play presidency, insider trading, etc.
