What economic plans other than taking from rich people can you share & when can I expect to see the benefit?

Shows how shitty Trump and Vance and Hegseth and most of the other idiots have been. There are usually few benefits to electing Democrats. And many harms.

But voters had to get rid of this third world shitheel of an administration, and a bunch of the Rs who support them.

That's your benefit, and will see it almost immediately, even before the swearing ins. Since they are already crippled due to perception and knowledge of what's coming.

Now do the trade off.

He's a neocon. He pushed for the war while Vance was against it. It's why Trump took Marco and Pete to Florida to with him to start the bombing while Vance and Gabbard were left at the WH. Only neocons like him. He has absolutely zero support in the Rust Belt.  Absolutely no shot to win any of those states.  Only Vance has a prayer and that probably depends on Trump resigning or drastically changing course.

That's interesting. And totally makes sense. If the reports of him resigning to run for president are true, I'm guessing he'll be able to workshop that. He'd also be able to be critical of Trump/the administration. That's a calculated risk because Trump reverting to calling him 'Little Marco' would be the tip of the iceberg from Trump. Rubio is probably betting on that being a feature not a bug of his presidential campaign though. It'll be interested to see if that plays out.

Aloha is completely clueless as always and has no idea what he's talking about. Listen to what DeSantis just said about Vivek and Ohio. The same logic applies to Rubio and the Rust Belt. A pro war Cuban from Miami would get slaughtered there. Vance is a white anti war populist who came from a very poor Ohio community. He knows how to win Rust Belt voters and has big support there. Only he would have a prayer in 2028.

By then most MAGAs will deny ever being MAGA or ever voting for Trump.

Nah. I didn't vote for him in 2016 as he had Indiana locked down so I wrote in knowing Hillary wouldn't win Indiana. His first term wasn't as bad as I envisioned and considering Biden was a worse choice than Hillary, I voted for him 2020. And I certainly voted for him in 2024 as Harris was worse even still. The MAGA platform never bothered me...60% or so was typical Republican boiler plate, 30% was populist common man propaganda that I could take or leave and the remaining 10% was pie in the sky, off in the giggleweeds pandering bullshit to the lunatic fringe. Call me whatever you will, but I do not regret my votes for one second and faced with the same options I would do it all over again.

This Liz Cheney quote will prove to be as prophetic as any in recent politics:

Considering that quote is going on 5 years old in the aftermath of J6, with Trump out of office and anyone who was serving in elected office at the time has been up for re-election at least once since, if the "prophecy" has yet to come true by now I doubt it will...at least in the context of her quote.

The positive from last night is it basically eliminated any neocon from 2028 contention most notably Rubio. Vance was proven right and his stock is much higher today.

Say what? That may be the dumbest take I've seen - which of course only strengthens your spot on the all-time dumbest poster list. I reject the term neocon for traditional Republicans, but this election was undoubtedly a repudiation of Trump and MAGA. Vance has gone completely MAGA and will never get the MAGA stank off. Rubio's in a far better position than Vance after this. There's no evidence that the SecState (Rubio, in case you don't know) encouraged the President to go to war against Iran.

Not sure where you’re getting your intel from, but you’re wrong:

Trump hasn't exited stage-right yet. She didn't offer up an expiration date on the quote. Anyone with ties to Trump will try to make a show of publicly severing those ties because what Liz Cheney said is true. She may have said that in the J6 hearings, but she wasn't talking about Trump's shame and dishonor exclusively to that.

LOL! Except for predicting a bigger defeat for Trump/MAGA this election than I did, you're wrong about 95 percent of the time. You don't have any idea what you're talking about because you don't have an original thought or opinion. You just repeat what your Twitter Twits tell you - and it seems you favored Twitter Twits are dwindling in numbers.

@all4you Not every person that voted for Trump is a MAGA moron. However, most MAGAs are very much not smart. Those that buy the lie that the 2020 election was stolen or have become anti-vaxxers (which used to be a far left moonbat Democrat thing) and various other conspiracy theories are absolute morons.

Interesting. First time I've read anything like that. What I read, and heard second hand, was that Hegseth was the biggest pusher of the war. Makes no difference to me. Personally, I think Rubio has a greater chance than Vance to win the nomination, but I'm not as much of a Rubio fan as I was in 2016. I'd like to see a successful Governor or even a retired flag officer emerge as the front runner. Believe it or not, most senior officers aren't as hawkish as much of the population.

Now do the trade off.

I have.

Which shows how shitty Trump and the Rs have been.

Watching Democrats do their stupid harmful crap won't be fun. But well deserved for allowing Trump's harmful crap.
