@hoosiers94 Yep, there's a lot more parity now. Also an influx of international players that has upped the levels. I wonder how much NIL the soccer team gets.
My god, enough about the officials. Every fan base can complain about officiating every game. Yes, they sucked today ... as they do most days. Here's a novel idea: Be better--at home, no less--so officiating doesn't become such a factor.
Btw, it was nice of DD to pay homage to Woody by blowing a big lead. Very gracious ... and will probably earn him a cigar.
While the referees were bad, anyone blaming calls for the loss should sit down. Yes it was bad, but we lost that game due to a lack of talent and stupid turnovers.
@arioznahoosier4554 we played well for long stretches. Should have closed it out. But officials 100 percent gave Nebraska a chance to get back in this game. IU is good. Nebraska is good. Both played pretty well overall. Refs gave Nebraska the game.
Authentic Frontier Gibberish. Just stop.
I havent yet really felt we lost with a much better roster. Even at Minnesota they had some guys.
We need some dudes.
We seem to have a good mid-major roster. A couple very good players. Then tapers off.
So the coaching mostly seems OK. Considering most of the team is in their first year with Coach. Takes awhile to have everything so well drilled so it rarely breaks down.
,
Indiana is basically Minnesota with deeper pockets.
Blaming the refs for losing is what pu does. There are always things like blocking out , turnovers, playing better d on threes and how about better coaching in tough situations.

Not for long , they may soon surpass us at this rate

I didnt write that
@ams66 who really cares about running up.the score or kicking them when they're down. Who has ever taken it easy on IU? Bloomington is filled with Charmin soft holier than thou types which you see on the court. Soft ass players. Soft ass coach. Soft ass fan base.
and there you go again policing what can or can't be said on forum of free speech. If you don't like what I have to say. Ignore it. But it's my opinion. If that gets you that riled up you need some help.
Are you not paying attention, sir? His diatribe is spot-on, so STFU.
The forum is titled "Sweet and Gentle, Non-Critical IU Basketball" after all, so the content should only consist of roses, puppies, and rainbows. Do better, @hoosiers94 .
Thank you sir may I have another.

You'd have to re-read the entire thread.
