I’m too old for this shit
Crisp passing, low turnovers, low fouls in the lane, aggressive rebounding without getting called for fouls, shoot the lights out.
Due for an easy 20 or win.
Go Hoosiers!
@middawg I don't know if this will be one of those. Keep playing good basketball and see where the chips fall.
On paper, this is a tough matchup for Indiana. The Trojans defend the three really well and have good length. On offense, they are #2 in the country in free throw rate (in short, they draw a lot of fouls and shoot a lot of free throws). IU is probably at least a bit fatigued after playing Purdue and going double OT against UCLA...Tayton Conerway is a game-time decision but it appears he has gone through warm-ups thus far. The Hoosiers are wearing black unis tonight.
Hopefully it's a quick game with no overtime because this old man is already dragging a bit.
A quick note on attendance...USC averages something like 4,800 fans per home game. I don't know the exact number but it'll be sparsely attended and IU will need to bring their own energy.
We are about ready to tip
Black uniforms for IU.
A very quick paced game so far. USC hasn't missed from the floor and leads 11-8. Wilkerson and Dorn each have hit a three. Wilkerson with 5 early points.
IU is starting with Enright on Chad Baker-Mazara...that's a really tough matchup for Enright as Baker-Mazara has several inches on him and can just shoot over him. He has 7 already and IU trails 8-11.
IU getting easier shots. Their star hitting really tough shots.
Tayton Conerway has checked in for the first time #iubb
The defense has picked it up. IU has held USC scoreless over the last 4:05. USC leads 16-15 with 10:49 left in the first half.
