I will post as much information as possible during IU's second exhibition game in Puerto Rico...a stern test against Serbian professional team Mega Superbet. It is believed that Milwaukee Bucks second-round draft pick Bogoljub Markovic is playing tonight for Mega Superbet. This is a big and talented team that will really test IU.

I like legit tests.  Just can’t put stock into it like I did Tennessee last year.  That was a huge mistake.

Same starters for IU...multiple NBA scouts in attendance and they tell Jeff Rabjohns of peegs.com that they are looking at a few different Mega players plus Tucker DeVries of IU.

14-6 start for Mega.

A Woody-esque 21-10 deficit. Nice.

It's all Mega through 1.5 quarters...29-12. Per Jeff Rabjohns, IU is running good offense and getting good looks but they are not making anything. Keep in mind, IU has spent the week doing team-bonding stuff like kayaking, snorkeling, etc...nonetheless, a poor shooting display thus far.

@iugradman Is it? Mega has one NBA player on their roster and three other guys that are being scouted by NBA personnel tonight plus IU has spent the week doing activities that are not necessarily conducive to shooting well plus they are playing with a FIBA ball (advantage to the team that always plays with the FIBA ball). I hope everyone on the team and the staff is well aware of the work that needs done between now and November...I sure hope this game isn't needed to show them that. Certainly hope for a more competitive stretch in this one, no question about that.

Nothing Woody-esque about it.  Turn the page.

@tr32 If IU has a mediocre (or worse) season, I'll blow a gasket every time I hear or read "DD is better than Archie and Woody." If that's the bar fans are setting for this squad, that's f'ing sad.

Mega up 44-27 at the 2nd quarter timeout. Just 2-12 from three for the Hoosiers thus far. Take it however you want but DeVries is playing a lot of guys and using a lot of different lineups.

According to Mike Pegram of peegs.com, IU defended much better in the second quarter and adjusted to how Mega was attacking...Sisley hit a corner three and the Hoosiers battle back from down 21 to a 48-35 deficit at the half.

Settled down and won the 2nd quarter.  Despite shooting poorly.
