IU was 4-16 from three in the first half...on pace for 30+ three-point attempts again. Tayton Conerway with a team-high eight points and two assists.
I need another drink from reading this thread haha
Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle
According to Mike Pegram of peegs.com, IU defended much better in the second quarter and adjusted to how Mega was attacking...Sisley hit a corner three and the Hoosiers battle back from down 21 to a 48-35 deficit at the half.
Woody would have never adjusted to anything! This shows CDD is a good game manager. The only good news I needed from this game!
Nice comeback so far!
@openwheel Huh? My post had nothing to do with this game; I've had that thought since the moment Woody "retired."
I genuinely can't comprehend why anyone would have the "at least he's better than..." mindset. I vividly recall "at least Woody's better than Archie" nonsense about four years ago. How'd that work out?
I'm sorry, but I think IU whiffed on this hire to some degree. Others have the opposite opinion. I think he'll do fine, but, imo, he won't be a program changer.
Time will tell.
IU fighting back...Mega has a technical foul and an intentional foul, Enright got a technical foul after being intentionally fouled and not taking it laying down. The Hoosiers are in this one...

Sam Alexis put-back dunk puts the Hoosiers ahead 54-53 with about three minutes left in the third quarter...Enright fouls out (LOL) with six points and no turnovers.
Lol
Hearing foul trouble for us? Ahh I see above. Enright already gone.
