@gthomas they do, but they have also played the 352nd ranked schedule so far. They've not even played a sub 100 KP team yet and have only played 1 game against a sub 200 team in a gawd awful Xavier team.
Our schedule has been bad so far (getting ready to change big time moving forward) but Iowa's precon is an absolute joke outside of Iowa St. They don't play a single other opponent with a pulse.
Was bouncing between MSU and Louisville, but now locked in on Louisville and UC. Worried about the Cards. They'll wipe the floor with us if we play like we did the last 2 games.

@surjay Agree that Iowa's opponents so far have been 🧁, but you can already see McCollum's impact. Sure, it could be fool's gold, but I don't think so. I wouldn't be surprised if Iowa finishes ahead of IU in the B1G.

@iunorth I mean the entire roster last year was proof. Malik also had 24 points last game and was perfect from the field. He will almost assuredly be 1st or 2nd team all acc.
@hooky no I’ll keep bringing it up here when you posted the Carlton meme. I like reminding you how dumb you are
Anyone who reads this thread knows who the dumber of the two of us is.

@hooky I agree you posted hopefully they can shoot over 45%. Anyone that knows anything about collge basketball know that’s a very dumb stat to indicate someone being bad.
@cavanagh Oh for sure...there are just a few that have really highlighted it. Mainly guards that are actually good at various aspects of the game, that rarely showed that under Woodson. Malik has looked a little better than he did at IU, but he was already pretty good at IU. Some of the same defensive limitations, and passing ability issues, showed themselves against Florida. But he is kicking ass over there, for sure.

Romeo at 44.8% FG% in his only year of college ball (as a Hoosier) and you say he sucked.
Carlyle 36.0% career FG% in his 3rd season, 44.0% so far this year against cupcakes for his career best, and you say he's great.
I like my chances in a "Who's Dumber?" contest against you.

@hooky I said he kannan was great? I also said Romeo was a horrible 3 point shooter. Never mentioned his overall FG%. That’s all you hoss. Go ahead and cherry pick around. Bates go a contract with the Denver nuggets and will be playing in an nba game this season.
