@thehoosierhuddle with NIL and transfer rules the way they are, no reason for a long leash with any coach, especially at a place like IU. Odom won 30 games in his 1st year at UVA, nearly won the ACC tournament, and earned a 3-seed. Byington got Vandy into the tourney in his first year and nearly made the Sweet 16 this year. Vandy for crying out loud!

@jhoban19 Correct and it's only a matter of time coaching contracts follow that. No need to hand had 4+ year contracts any more.
