@kkott The NCAA is rudderless and has backed itself into a corner where they feel compelled to challenge everything after a period of time of letting anything go. They're not well-advised or choose to ignore good advice. They should just simply acquiesce on this issue - it only affects one class and it would simply treat them as every class will be treated going forward. But they won't.

Don't know how the panel of 3 is selected, but 8 of the 15 have IU B-Ton undergrad or JD degrees (one has both). I like our chances.

As expected, the NCAA filed an "Emergency(!)" motion to stay the injunction last night in the trial court and asked the court to rule within 24 hours. The court might, or might not, meet that deadline but when it does rule it will be to deny the motion. The NCAA will then file the same motion with the Court of Appeals and then the rubber will meet the road.
