I almost bought the Kindel version as that is my preference for all the books I read. But then I decided I wanted a book version for a keepsake.I got the kindle version for $15. Will read it on my vacation next month
@tammany I almost had to stop watching. I feel like it's gotten better in recent weeks, but my goodness, early on, oy vey, they were like a married couple and not very happily married couple at that. Michaels so chill, Zach is better at steering the conversation, but sometimes that's a little like an 8
I have not listened to the podcast but I really like what Zach writes. Looking forward to reading the book.

Also, I got a notice from Amazon that mine should be delivered tomorrow! Can't wait to see it!
Had to run home to meet a painter, and as I turn on to my street I get the Amazon delivery notice and see the Fed Ex driver heading back to his truck. Took a moment to read the Foreward by Fisch and the Intro. Can't wait to start reading tonight!
I started today too, but I started another good one last night, so I’m double dipping.
I got mine yesterday and started reading it. Up to around page 100. Pretty easy read so far and I like what they've done with the comments from the players and coaches that give a bit more of the backstory to things we saw in the press.
Got home last night and it was still on my doorstep in the box, so I'll dive in this weekend.

I started it last night. I really liked the beginning where he lays out the history and the fact that there have been times where we've had success, even though it's fleeting. I'd really like to read more about the Bo McMillin years and the 45 team specifically. It's probably not posssible, since all those guys are gone, though. I wonder what the IU Archives has that's available online.

@hooky I've been reading a chapter a night before bed. Enjoying the book, although I have to say I'm surprised by the lack of pictures. I was hoping for a coffee table book that I could keep out and look over, but literally I think there may be zero pics??? Seems weird since they both work for newspapers and presumably have photographers covering at least the OSU and playoff games. Guessing maybe they had to pay for pics, but honestly I thought that was a bit of an oversight.
