Anyone else pre-order? I ordered 3 copies: 1 for me and 2 for IU fans here in the Carolinas and am looking forward to the book. I know it's release date is next week: 21 or 22nd. If we pre-ordered on Amazon I wonder if that means they'll just show up on that date? Anyone been privy to a pre-release copy?
Also, if you're tailgating for the game this week, they are promoting they'll try and come around to as many tailgates as they can and share stories from the book etc... Zach can get overblown and also overthink himself (picking Bama over IU? C'mon Man!), but I think the book will be well-researched and written.

I pre-ordered it and it should arrive the day it's released, I'm pretty sure. Was able to hear Zach and Michael speak about the book at a friend's house a few weeks back. Sounds like some good stories we've never heard before. BOth of the excerpts they released in the past week or so were talked about at that visit. I'm not much of a book reader, more articles and newsletters, but I expect I'll knock this one out in 3-4 days.

@thehoosierhuddle What's up with you and Zach? Feels like there's some rub there and I'd think you guys would be complimentary, not competitors. They should have gotten you a pre-release copy and guessing they're not subscribers here but should be.
@kkott I have no issue with Zach. They could’ve, I sit next to them every week. When other books have come out from other writers, I’ve always gotten a copy, but whatever.
I just don’t really want to drop $30 on a book right now. When I can go down the road and check it out at the library.
@thehoosierhuddle Weird. You shouldn't have to pay for a copy, you influence thousands of Hoosier fans and they've been on and provided copies to a bunch of podcasters. You singing the books praises would've garnered them a lot of extra sales. Maybe it goes back to that other guy? Assuming Zach's still a regular on his show. Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting mine!

I’ve interacted with them a bit and they’re both nice guys who do a decent job. But when it comes to podcasting, they have the weirdest chemistry.
They almost need to take a podcasting course. Like doing episodes with some basic structure, remembering they’re supposed to entertain a little bit, and part of it is selling your cohost (vs bickering).
@tammany I almost had to stop watching. I feel like it's gotten better in recent weeks, but my goodness, early on, oy vey, they were like a married couple and not very happily married couple at that. Michaels so chill, Zach is better at steering the conversation, but sometimes that's a little like an 8 year old driving.
