THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS

‘Tis the week before Christmas, and in case you don’t know,

Our Hoosiers are sitting at 13 and 0!

It’s been very surreal, almost like a big dream,

But it’s real cuz Coach Cig gets the best from his team.

We knew things were good when we faced Illinois,

We accomplished the mission of “seek and destroy.”

It got even better when we traveled out west,

And had us some Duck Soup after passing that test.

Our play at Penn State was not great and not super

Except for the end - - thanks, Mendoza and Cooper!

That game up in Indy had me kneeling and prayin'

But we ended up champs of the conference, just sayin’.

There's still work to be done, there are more games to play,

And we need to beat Bama on this New Year’s Day

(I’m so tired of Finebaum, he’s a sad little pup,

If we win he might finally shut the fuck up).

So let’s cheer for our Hoosiers with all of our might

And celebrate victory on New Year’s night!
