Just heard this is UMass's first win over a Power conference school since 1978!

They didn't just win but thoroughly kicked Rutgers' ass, on the road. 

What an embarrassment. 

Them Massholes dont deserve it, but Rutgers should not even be a B10 team!

UMASS's QB was terrific. Lamar Light. VT looks silly for not getting more out of him. He was good. Really good!

Is this one of the biggest point swings in CFB history? Rutgers was a 30 point favorite and lost by 16. That's a 46 point swing against the worst team in the entire country (rated as such by many analytical sites entering the season).

@evanalvarez8 It's definitely up there. 

Howard was a +45.5 dog to UNLV in Sep 2017 and ended up beating the Rebels 43-40.  A hundred bucks on an outright win paid 55k.

Yikes.  Howard is our next opponent.  I hope that's not a bad omen.  (JJ.  Not worried).

Rutgers and Shiano hanging head low today after an ass whipping at home from a team with a losing streak almost 2 seasons long.  Something hasn't connected during Spring and Fall camp.  Talent not developing or talent not there?
