@kelly_32 Thats a scary hire, because he is a helluva coach. He might only coach a few years, but Michigan is a legit threat now. Moore never scared me. Harbaugh without cheating wasnt even that scary as far as blue bloods go.

The “re-build” at UM will be infinitely easier than what Cignetti faced when he got to IU. And Whittingham is an outstanding coach. That’s a great hire for Michigan.
Really, Whittingham is the best Michigan fans could have hoped for given the situation in Ann Arbor. The team needed an adult in the room ... and they got one. Not sure how many coaching years KW has left, but he'll stabilize the program.I suppose you're right, but he's 66! How many more years will he coach?
