Does it mean more revenue or is Learfield just pocketing it to cover their guaranteed payout already? Or a combo?

I'm sure they get a cut, I'm just not sure if they keep it all, because they've already guaranteed us a certain amount of revenue, or we each get a percentage? I want to say the typical agreement is that we get a guaranteed amount and once the revenue exceeds that amount, there is a rev share between the two parties.
