Just a terrible loss by Oregon to a bad Oklahoma State team. Okla State had lost 12 straight including last week to Tulsa, and hadn't defeated an FBS team since 2024. The closing line was Oregon -24.5. As you noted, Oregon's vaunted defense was nowhere to be found. The Cowboys racked up over 400 yards of offense, and their win was no fluke.Lanning and the Oregon Defense looking like they both have been doubling up on training table desserts since last season was ended by IU.
The group think by media this offseason was Oregon was a Top 5 or Top 3 defense with all their d-line returners and their impressive portal haul

I don’t get this Sark as a qb whisperer deal… The guy before Manning didn’t look like he developed his talent as well as he could have either to me (at least not compared to his national hype).
@76-1 True. He does seem to have time and searching for receivers not getting separation. Also agree that Sark not the best developer.
@drjb I don’t get the whole Arch thing. Guy has some skills but not great decision maker. If he didn’t have the Manning name I suspect he wouldn’t be as highly regarded.
