Thank you for reading Hoosier Huddle
I am jealous of you guys. In Maine at a nephew’s wedding so had to spend the weekend busy. At least they didn’t wait until the real season was underway!
@thehoosierhuddle What did you think of Howard? I turned it on late in the first half and then ended up getting sidetracked for the second.
Hope is not optimism, which expects things to turn out well, but something rooted in the conviction that there is good worth working for. - Seamus Heaney, Irish poet and likely Hoosier basketball fan.

@hooky I was wondering if you remembered Old Dominion last year!
They played us a helluva lot tougher than Alabama did.

The next best thing to beating the toy train engineers is watching someone else do it…
I’m actually looking forward to watching all of the Big Ten games…
I’m excited to watch Alberto and Georgia Tech.
@thehoosierhuddle I might be on the couch all weekend! UCLA and Cal will be interesting, as will getting a first look at all our opponents. WSU and Wash will be interesting and I'll have all weekend to hope that WI can take down ND!
@kkott There are better things to do all weekend than hope Wisconsin Beats ND...like stare at the ceiling, watch the grass grow.
