And so are the prices. Like damn.
But I imagine the resale markets for Washington, Nebraska, & Michigan will be excessive. So maybe they’ll end up being good deals after all.
I need something closer to Texas, pls …
@the-watson I need something closer to Indiana. Lol.
driving a short bus to Lincoln & Piscataway in consecutive weeks with these diesel prices? Woof
I think I’m going to try to go to Ann Arbor. One of my fav college towns and I’ve always wanted to see a game there.
@zeke4ahs I recommend it!
it is cool to see. Truly impressive
and we didn’t have any trouble with UM fans in ‘23. In fact, we were treated really nicely overall.
I think that part may start changing with recent developments with the order of things in the B1G.
Where are you getting your info on away game tickets?
I’ve been checking the university ticket site and haven’t seen anything.
@ccmac I got an email, but Gmail filtered it to the Promotion folder, so I’m lucky I saw it.

The big house is a cool experience. It gets very little “bang for buck” in terms of noise or rowdiness considering its size, but it’s incredible to see that many people in one place. Whenever they host a game it’s the largest gathering in the world. Ann Arbor is also a nice college town, it’s more like a small-medium sized city but it retains college town charm.
As far as Michigan fans go, I think they have taken a turn for the worse ever since their program got caught cheating. The “meh” field product and ongoing scandals haven’t helped matters in terms of pride
I live an hour from Ann Arbor and am planning on going to the Indiana - Michigan game. I hope Michigan drops a couple of games so those ticket prices come down!

There are actually stadiums in India and North Korea that are significantly larger than the Big House. Camp Nou is just a few thousand less.
But those stadiums are not full at the time Michigan is hosting a home game. So Michigan is the largest gathering in the world when they have a game.
Several racetracks host more, some stadiums. But the Indy 500 isn't on a football Saturday.
Caught a segment somewhere recently that Penn St.'s ongoing renovation pushes their stadium capacity to the top dog in CFB.

Interesting. Would be kinda funny if they passed Michigan given how much UM cares about this. I could see Michigan repainting the seat numbers closer together on their bleachers to add capacity to get back to the top.
Speaking of capacity, I'm hoping we hear something about renovations to Memorial Stadium soon. I get the sense our AD is pretty tapped out with the FB and MBB roster expenses, which keeps increasing significantly. But, I think they're working on it.
They are definitely working on it. They hired HOK to come up with a master plan for the stadium. I imagine they’re still raising money. Sounds like it will be in phases.Caught a segment somewhere recently that Penn St.'s ongoing renovation pushes their stadium capacity to the top dog in CFB.
