Maybe Cig is finally pulling the trigger or giving some behind the scenes ultimatums to guys who haven't committed, and going to his next choice, knowing he does need to fill the class. But I prefer to think his choices are really solid, and those guys are committing before their spot might be gone. Because they want to be a Hoosier!
@openwheel I don't think its an ultimatum as much as it is a dead period started today and kids want things wrapped up before their HS seasons get going.
