Last I heard there was no visiting date set in stone.
CB Carson Williams committed Montana State. ????
BEAT PURDUE
@irregulars Yes, they won the FCS national championship and he was an FCS All-American. There is a ton of talent at the FCS level

Ton of talent just at MT and MT St. from what I saw.
Freshman All-America team. I didnt see him on the regular FCS one.
So he is a redshirt sophomore next year. Nice!
Just noticed Jah Jah Boyd has announced he is transferring.

Dang, I thought he would be a big contributor for next year.
@irregulars it just depends on why these guys like Boyd are leaving. I don’t think any are projected starters and were likely all going to be depth pieces again with minimal playing time. I see no issue with guys going G6 to get a season of playing experience and if they do well potentially transfer back.
Sure, it depends.
If we're speculating, it could also even be one of the 'bad day' situations Cig mentioned from Monday. Maybe some players who were expected to play a signifcant role dont appreciate the NIL appreciation we show them versus our incoming player appreciation.
But of course, if that's the case, then the staff has the role value in mind and should be able to deal with any depth issues with our spend level.
And may have nothing at all to do with that, other than seeing the light on playing time.
Steve Wiltfong says IU is now the favorite to land Penn State transfer CB AJ Harris.

I remember him being soooooo frustrating for our receivers when we played them. He would be a great pickup!
Boyd and Henderson now in the portal as perhaps these kids don't see a path to playing time with the additions of Zachman, Sanks, Williams and perhaps Harris. Louis Moore will be lost to graduation and in another week we will find out about the plans of Ponds and Ferrell.
