Campbell Trophy® Presented by Mazda, the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) proudly announced Wednesday morning. Celebrating its 30th year, the award recognizes an individual as the absolute best football scholar-athlete in the nation for his combined academic success, football performance and exemplary leadership.

Quarterback Nate Sudfeld Named As a Semifinalist for the Campbell Trophy

Indiana senior quarterback was announced as one of 135 semi-finalists for the 2015 William V. Campbell Trophy, which recognizes an individual as the absolute best football scholar-athlete in the nation. Sudfled has led the Hoosiers to their first 3-0 start since 2010. He has completed 63 percent of his passes for 938 yards with seven total touchdowns and just one interception. 

The NFF will announce 15 finalists on Oct. 29, and each of them will receive an $18,000 postgraduate scholarship as a member of the NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class, presented by Fidelity Investments.
