Kosin is a consensus three-star player who is rated the 53rd best tight end nationally by 247Sports. He had 19 total offers including eight from Power 5 schools.
Kosin in 6’6” and listed at 225, and in addition to playing football he lettered in basketball. According to the information on his HUDL film, Kosin made 17 catches for 250 yards and five touchdowns as a junior.
He is an athletic player who lined up all over the field on offense and used his height to go up and get the ball. Kosin was more of a wide receiver in high school who will grow into a tight end’s body and role. He lacks the speed of a wide out, but it is adequate for tight end.
