Hoosiers Add Texas State DL Dominique Ratcliff to Transfer Portal Haul

The Indiana Hoosiers continue to recruit the portal as they prepare for their first round College Football Playoff matchup with Notre Dame. IU landed 6’3” 285-pound defensive tackle Dominique Ratcliff from Texas State.

Ratcliff played the last three seasons at Texas State and will be a redshirt senior at IU. He played at Louisiana from 2020-21. In total, Ratcliff has played in 39 games in his career.
This past season, Ratcliff made 22 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. He was graded at 16th nationally in Pro Football Focus’s run stop percentage and 13th in that category among FBS defensive tackles or nose tackles. For his career he has 68 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss and five sacks.
