Fifth-year Senior Kicker Logan Justus kicks IU to victory over Ball State in their season-opener game at Lucas Oil Stadium. Justus went 4-4 for field goals, setting his career-high three times over in that game with his successful 48, 49, and 50-yard kicks. He finished his career that began as a walk-on woth 32-for-39 (82.1%) on field goals and made 77-80 (96.3%) extra points, making him IU’s all-time percentage leader.
Sophomore running back Stevie Scott celebrates his touchdown against Eastern Illinois that led the Hoosiers to 52-0 shutout of Eastern Illinois. Scott ended his sophomore campaign with 845 rushing yards, 211 passing yards and 10 touchdowns, just short of his first year numbers.
