Tevin Coleman's 2014 season has garnered him a plethoria of accolades, including being named a finalist for the Doak Walker Award and finishing seventh in the Heisman vote, while landing him in position to battle for the starting job for the Atlanta Falcons in the fall. On Monday afternoon Indiana University announced that Coleman had won their award for Male Athlete of the Year. His dream 2014 season saw him become just the 18th back in FBS history to crack the 2,000-yard rushing mark (2,036 yards) and became IU's third concensus All-American. Coleman made his way to Bloomington by way of Tindley Park, Illinois and finished his Hoosier carrer with 3,219 yards and 28 TDs on the ground.
