Indiana head coach Tom Allen attended the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Convention in San Antonio earlier this week. This is an annual gathering of some of the best and brightest coaches in the country. Here coaches talk about rule changes and other aspects of football that need to be tweaked in order to keep the game healthy.
