The Hoosiers received a commitment from transfer wide receiver Andison Coby, who last played for the Tennessee Volunteers in 2021. Coby played sparingly in five games for the Vols and made just one catch for five yards. He will have three years of eligibility left and is listed at six-foot-two and 180 pounds. He was previously committed to Western Michigan.

Andison failed to make the rotation at Tennessee falling behind a group of really solid receivers at UT.

Prior to Tennessee Coby played the 2020 season at Northeast Mississippi Junior College. There he finished with 24 catches for 422 yards and seven touchdowns. Coming out of the JUCO ranks Coby was listed by 247Sports as the third best wide receiver and the 30th best player over all.

Coby played his high school ball at Coral Springs High School before finishing his high school career at American Heritage High School. He was named to 2019 Miami Herald All-Broward Honorable Mention Team. As a senior,Coby caught 56 passes for 884 yards and seven touchdowns. He hails from Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Coby adds much needed depth to the Hoosiers after IU saw several wide receivers leave via the NCAA transfer portal. He should have an opportunity to crack the rotation in Bloomington.
