2018 is still five years away, but as we all know college football fans love to break down future schedules no matter how far down the road they are.
In 2018 the Indiana Hoosiers will host five Big Ten games at Memorial Stadium, highlighted by visits from Michigan State and Purdue. The Hoosiers will face Rutgers, Ohio State, and Michigan on the road in the division and travel to Minneapolis as a crossover game. Indiana's other crossover match-ups include Iowa and Purdue at home.
The 2019 schedule is highlighted by a September 14th visit from the Buckeyes to open up Big Ten play. Rutgers, Northwestern, and Michigan round out the home Big Ten slate for the Hoosiers. Indiana will make their first trip to Lincoln since Nebraska has joined the Big Ten, while also traveling to Michigan State, Maryland, Penn State, and Purdue. The 2019 crossover games for the Hoosiers are Nebraska, Northwestern, and Purdue.
It is always difficult to predict where this team will be five years down the road, but fans should be excited to see nine conference games and some big names rolling into Bloomington early in the season.
