@eppy99 Man I hope I haven't been boycotting the wrong place! The guy I've heard of would be somewhat of a silent partner and I believe is also part owner of the hotel as well. Either way, I'll be stopping in soon for breakfast.

@mtbrider He's def not a partner in the Carmichael.  At least not the chef.  The hotel is a much bigger project.  I'm not sure if there is a silent partner, but I'd have to think the hotel as some corporate money.

How did I miss this, the kolachi factory makes a sausage gravy version? How is that not universally known? Is the gravy decent?

Also above, canned biscuits aren't really biscuits. Frozen biscuits are far better. Still not home made but far better than bread pretending to be a biscuit.
