Yes. I actually think the U.S. government conducts clandestine operations that result in killing of terrorists, drug smugglers, gun runners and more. These operations likely include both civilian and military personnel. I don’t think 100’s and thousands of officers and sailors are involved.

@dbmhoosier Its actually more laughing and shaking my head, at this point. But I will admit, Trump wading in to military operations, and the continued threat from China/Russia/NK/Iran...maybe now India... might make me cry at some point.

I think that is exactly right. We’ve stretched the law to extremes already. This is just more stretching. The President is very liberally designating groups and people “terrorists.”
