Looks like the prosecution overreached with this strange "public nuisance" law they have. Should have just cited them for simple vandalism and made them pay a fine.
The most crucial fact:

This pisses me off.
As a dad, if my kid was strangled and raped were let off because he was 17 (if someone argues he didn't know what he was doing, they're a total, complete idiot), he'd better move residents before I found out where he was staying. And I'm sure I wouldn't be alone in that conquest.
