From my understanding, the three items in particular that the DOJ are being sued over are:
1) There are non-English files that have not been turned over / reviewed.
2) We've never received an explanation why certain names were redacted while others (in particular some victims) were not.
3) Related to items 2, as part of the act that congress passed, there was specific language in there that there had to be a log of all of the redactions that specified the reasons for each redaction (ie. page 12, first paragraph, name redacted because of reason xyz). It's not a list of the redacted names, but it is supposed to list the justifications for the redactions. As of this moment, no log has been produced (with most conspiracy theorists believing that the reason this log has never been produced is because many of the redactions are not legally justified).

I wonder if former US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida (and Labor secretary under Trump) Alexander Acosta has trouble sleeping. He should. He's the one who gave Epstein the inexplicable and inexcusable sweetheart deal in 2008 that put Epstein back on the street, bringing more dirtbags into his ring, and victimizing more women and girls.
